One of the best events the digital photo and media enthusiast can attend is the twice yearly Photoshop World Conference put on by the National Association of Photoshop Professionals. With numerous seminars on everything from taking better photos to integrating your work with Illustrator, In Design or even Dreamweaver. the 3 day event is a great way to learn, network and refresh your skills.
We talked with one of instructors and prominent personalities from the NAPP, Matt Kloskowski on what to expect from the upcoming Las Vegas Photoshop World 2008 and who could benefit from attending. The cross section of attendees usually consists of corporate or government graphics pros, non profits, students, teachers, photographers and those that work with finished photos in all these mentioned professions. Matt gives us some insight on getting the most out of Photoshop World and also about the Pre Conference events that take place with limited availability prior to the 3 days Photoshop World.
The Event will take place, as last years Las Vegas Event, at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center September 4th-6th 2008. We attended the 2007 Photoshop World Conference and picked up a ton of great information and tips as well as had some great fun in many of the events surrounding Photoshop World. A Exhibit area can give attendees hands on with products such as drawing tablets to software for plug ins with programs. Matt tells us to expect one of the largest exhibit areas then previous Photoshop World conferences.
