In the last couple of years we have seen some tremedous advancements in Digital Photo editing and manipulation with the Adobe Photoshop line of programs. Adobe Photoshop Lightroom which came out in February of 2007 is a welcome addition to the family of products which allows users of all types to put the photo collection in a variety of uses, library, develop, slideshow, print and web.
Photoshop CS3 was also released recently with a great number of features for the professional photographer or graphic artist. Even the consumer or photo enthusiast can benefit from the Adobe Photoshop Elements program. Taking it in another direction and providing the photoshop family as a solution for Social networking and those wanting to store and share digital images is the new online beta for Adobe Photoshop Express.
Adobe Photoshop Express gives users the ability to crop, rotate, basic edit and share photos with other Photoshop Express users and friends. A free Express account also gives the user 2GB of online storage for your photos and a gallery that can be customized to show off your favorite photos.
We talked with the Director of Express Products, Geoff Baum on the decision to do a public beta with Photoshop Express and how easy it is to use the service. We also discussed what we can expect in the near future with products delivered online and structures that may be available for more storage and features with Adobe Photoshop Express.
It's important to note that the Adobe Photoshop Express is in beta and could change over the course of the beta with features added and possibly removed or updated..
